Recipe: Kimchi Fried Rice with Tuna (참치 김치볶음밥)




Ingredients:
200g Chopped Kimchi
3 Serving Portion of Cooked Rice
1/2 Medium Sized Chopped Onion
1/4 Cup of Whole Kernel Corn (Frozen/Canned)
1/2 Stick of Salted Butter
1 Can of Tuna
Let’s add some kick to Fried Rice: Second recipe using Good old Kimchi
This recipe is very useful when you want to get rid of left over cooked rice. Actually I prefer to use left over rice than freshly cooked one. For some reason, it’s taste so much better.
Whole kernel corn is option, but it definitely brings sweetness and special texture to the dish. You can also substitute Tuna with Bacon, Ham, Seafood and more……
You can serve 2~3 people with this portion
